Our Warehouse is on the move
Our Clinique online business is growing! To ensure we continue to deliver the best customer service and online shopping experience, we’re moving to a new, state-of-the-art Distribution Centre.
What does this mean for you?
Shipping will be delayed for any orders placed between 27th March - 11th April while we transition to our new warehouse facility. These orders will be dispatched on Tuesday 11th April, 2023.
Can Clinique customers still shop online?
Absolutely! During our warehouse move, our website will continue to take online orders as usual. We’d love you to still shop with us and, to thank you for your patience, we’d like to offer you a free Mini All About Eyes 5ml with all orders, automatically added at checkout.
Need your order ASAP?
We understand sometimes you can’t wait. If so, we recommend that you shop at one of our authorised retailers, including Adore Beauty, David Jones, Lookfantastic, MECCA, Myer, Sephora and The Iconic.
Need to send a Return?
Please use our Returns Portal, however only Refunds can be made at this time. Exchanges will recommence from 18th April.
