We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and all Canadian provinces and territories. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase*, including shipping/handling charges (as required) and gift-wrap services. If you have questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to Contact Us.
*Purchases paid for using Clinique Gift Cards or eGift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged when purchasing Clinique Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions
Express Delivery is $5 extra. Standard Delivery is $10 though is subject to change without notice and according to offers. 
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Clinique Online uses Australia Post's eParcel service, which provides the following benefits: Signature recorded on delivery which ensures surety of delivery, the ability to check the delivery status via the Internet and comprehensive customer support.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave details for pickup arrangements.
Clinique Online ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
Clinique Online uses Australia Post's eParcel management system. eParcel is a signature on delivery service that provides a freight tracking capability. If for any reason no signature can be collected, these deliveries will be "carded" (card left at letterbox) to the nearest local Post Office for pick up.
For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas, Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature. A card will also be left with pick up details.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through Clinique.com, please follow the steps below. Please note that Clinique.com Cards and eGift Cards can not be returned or exchanged.
1) Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
• If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.2) Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
3) Affix the return label provided on the invoice on the outside of the return package.

• Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.Please note: Only products purchased on Clinique Online may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-419-4041.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Satisfaction guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Clinique Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.
