Book Appointment FAQs
A limit of 1 service per appointment applies to all Clinique bookings.
Services are available in all Clinique Counters, however the option to book online is only available for selected locations. If you don’t see your preferred location available in the booking tool, find your nearest Counter and call to book directly.
Some doors may have limited booking availability. If you do not see your preferred time in the booking tool, find your nearest Counter and call to book your service directly.
For urgent or last-minute makeup bookings, find your nearest Counter and call to book a Clinique appointment directly.
The appointment booking tool allows you to book a makeup appointment up to 30 days in the future. If you would like an appointment outside of this time frame or cannot see your preferred date, find your nearest Counter and call to book a Clinique appointment directly.
If you have an online Clinique account, simply login and navigate to My Appointments. From here you can modify or cancel any upcoming Clinique appointments.
If you don’t have an online Clinique Account, you can either register and follow the above steps or contact the counter to modify or cancel your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the Clinique Counter may ask for the appointment to be rescheduled.
